Grammar Tips:

To ask a question in Icelandic, the simplest way is to change the word order:

Þetta er gott (this is good) => Er þetta gott? (is this good?)

Hann heitir Jón (his name is Jón) => Heitir hann Jón (is his name Jón?)

Sometimes a pronoun gets assimlilated:

Þú varst hér (you were here) => Varstu hér? (were you here?)
