### Filipino Numbers

Learning the **Filipino Numbers** is very important because its structure is used in every day conversation. The more you practice the subject, the closer you get to mastering the Filipino language. But first we need to know what the role of Numbers is in the structure of the grammar in Filipino.

Filipino cardinal number convey the "how many" they're also known as "counting numbers," because they show quantity. Tagalog use a mixture of numeral, the Tagalog numerals, the Spanish numerals where some Spanish numerals are adjusted to the Tagalog spelling and alphabet, like quarto becomes kuwarto, since the old Tagalog alphabet has no q.
